Abbotsford Police shut down Highway 1 Eastbound at Clearbrook Road in Abbotsford, BC earlier this afternoon as a pedestrian was struck.
The incident took place at 2pm and Emergency crews were on scene.
Highway 1 is now reopened. Pedestrian is recovering in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There are 449 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19 and 63 are in intensive care. In the past 72 hours, 11 new deaths have been reported, for an overall total of 2,914.
