Police Looking For Dangerous Offender Nathan Myles Charged With Assault Of 18-Year-Old Woman

    NORTH COWICHAN, B.C. — Police on Vancouver Island are searching for a Cowichan Valley man charged in connection with a series of violent assaults.
     
    RCMP say one of the alleged offences is a serious assault against an 18-year-old woman.  
     
    Thirty-five-year-old Nathan Myles is facing 10 charges, including unlawful confinement, assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
     
    Myles is known to police, who say he has a history of violent offences.
     
    Sgt. Chris Swain says the man is considered dangerous and cautions the public not to approach him.
     
    Myles is described as 6-foot-1, and weighing about 166 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
