Police Search For Bryce Gray,17-Year-Old Boater, Last Seen Near Burns Lake

    BURNS LAKE, B.C. — Police are searching for a 17-year-old male after his empty boat was found near Burns Lake, B.C.
     
    RCMP spokesman Cpl. Dave Tyreman says police received reports of the overdue boater around 9 p.m. Tuesday, about eight hours after Bryce Gray was last spotted.
     
    Gray's boat was found empty on the shore of Tchesinkut Lake early Wednesday morning, and the boat motor was missing.
     
    RCMP and Burns Lake Search and Rescue are among the groups scouring the lake and surrounding area looking for any trace of the missing teen.
     
    Police aircraft and dog teams have also joined community volunteers in the search for Gray.
