Police Seek Public's Help With The 2013 Homicide Of Surrey Man Vimal Chand

    On February 20, 2013, Surrey man Vimal Chand was found deceased in the family car near 140 St. in Surrey. 
     
    The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team took conduct of the investigation.
     
    In an effort to remind the public of this homicide and to locate witnesses who have not been spoken to, IHIT has produced a video with the help of Mr. Chand’s sister.
     
     
    This is the second unsolved homicide video produced by IHIT.
