Possible Early-Morning Homicide In Surrey, B.C., Prompts RCMP Investigation

    SURREY, B.C. — Police in Surrey are investigating a possible early-morning homicide.
     
    The RCMP say officers were called to a home (on the 10100 block of 128th St.) shortly before 6 a.m. on Sunday to find a woman in her 60s suffering from serious injuries.
     
    She was pronounced dead at the scene.
     
    The Mounties say their investigation has revealed the woman's death followed an altercation at the residence.
     
    Police say one suspect has been arrested.
