Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moose Wala Removed From 5X Festival Lineup Due To 'Public Safety' Concerns By Surrey RCMP

Darpan News Desk, 11 Jun, 2019 08:39 PM

Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s gangland songs enjoy wide viewership despite the protests. Not only this, these songs always occupy the top slots at any DJ’s collection, and are played unabatedly at parties, discotheques and functions.

According to the latest Instagram post from 5X Fest, “due to circumstances outside of our control,” the famous singer has been pulled from the 5X Block Party at Central City Plaza.

The Surrey RCMP have deemed him a security risk. Although the show organizers disagree, they have removed him from the lineup in order to proceed with the festival.

"We’re just as disappointed as you are. TRUST! We worked very hard to put this amazing gig together, the post said. "That said, we still have FOUR HEADLINERS on the bill for the 5X Block Party including Mickey Singh, Raja Kumari, Jaz Dhami and Intense - and the full might of the Decibel crew."
