Quebec Man Arrested In Connection With Slaying And Dismemberment Of Samantha Higgins

    MONTREAL — Quebec provincial police say a man has been arrested in the slaying and dismemberment of a Montreal woman.
     
    The 22-year-old was nabbed in connection with the death of Samantha Higgins.
     
    He is to appear in a Montreal courtroom this afternoon. 
     
    Higgins' body was found last week in a plastic bag in Hinchinbrooke, about 60 kilometres south of Montreal.
     
    The 22-year-old Higgins was last seen leaving a friend's place last week.
