COQUITLAM, B.C. — Police say one person is dead after a two-vehicle collision in Coquitlam B.C. Thursday evening.
RCMP say officers responded to a collision involving an SUV and a Dodge Durango around 7:20 p.m.
They say one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police also say two people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Schoenborn, who's now 50 years old, has been held at the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital since before a 2010 court decision that found him not criminally responsible for killing his daughter and two sons.
The federal NDP is losing another incumbent, as Quebec MP Marjolaine Boutin-Sweet says she will not be seeking re-election later this year.
