Shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Richmond RCMP officers, responded to the area of Fraserbank Place in east Richmond, after reports of gun shots being fired.
Via release, Mounties believe that it was a targeted shooting. A dark coloured pickup truck was observed fleeing the scene and investigators have located an abandoned vehicle suspected of being involved in the incident in Surrey.
There are no reported injuries at this time.
A male suffering non life-threatening injuries was located and is currently receiving treatment at a local area hospital. The investigation is currently in the early stages.
