Richmond RCMP need the public's help in locating missing woman Jenny Chand

The 25-year-old who was reported missing on August 17, 2023 has been located. Richmond RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance.
EARLIER STORY:
The Richmond RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating Jennine “Jenny” Chand. Jenny is a 25 year old man who identifies as a woman. Jenny is possibly in the West Vancouver / North Vancouver area.
Jenny is described as:
25 years old
South Asian
5’8”
150 lbs
Black hair
Brown eyes
The Richmond RCMP are concerned about Jenny’s well-being and urge anyone with information as to their whereabouts to contact them at 604-278-1212
A recent traffic stop led to a drug seizure in Kelowna. R-C-M-P say they were patrolling an area known for drug trafficking on June 2nd when they pulled over a vehicle for a number of traffic violations.
Police say they launched an investigation into Marcio Cerquinho in May of 2021. They say a total of three victims have been identified since then. Cerquinho pleaded guilty earlier this week.

Vancouver Police were called to Vernon Drive and East 2nd Avenue after shots were fired just after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Officers located a 28-year-old woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to hospital and is expected to survive.
