Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for parts of B-C's northeast.
The weather office says Highway 97 in the Pine Pass area is expected to see up to 15 centimetres of snow accumulation today.
It says the snow comes with a frontal system moving across central B-C.
The office says people travelling on the highway should be prepared for driving conditions that could become hazardous without warning.

The chief actuary’s paper, published Friday, says the calculation that claims Alberta should get 53 per cent — or $334 billion — of the $575-billion in CPP assets “does not respect” federal pension legislation. The $334-billion estimate comes from a report commissioned by the Alberta government in 2023 from consultants LifeWorks.
