The Surrey RCMP General Investigation Unit is investigating an overnight shooting that took place around 2am with ties to the Lower Mainland Gang Conflict. The incident took place in the Newton area of 6200-block of 132A Street.
According to police there have been no injuries in this targeted incident. The public is not at risk.
The investigation is in its early stages and suspects are still being identified. Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to call Surrey RCMP at 604 599 0502.
Canada's top public health official, Dr. Theresa Tam, said it's too soon to declare a second wave of the pandemic in the country, but daily case counts are increasing at an alarming rate.
It found that respondents decreased vaping to five days per week from six, on average. They also cut back to an average of 19 vaping episodes per day, down from 30.
