  • Surrey RCMP need the public's assistance in locating missing man Kamleshbhai Manek

Surrey RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a missing 65-year-old man.

Kamleshbhai Manek was last seen on August 28, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., near the 13300 block of Old Yale Road in Surrey. Police are concerned for Kamleshbhai’s wellbeing as he has not made contact with his usual family/friends/ associates.

Kamleshbhai is described as a 65-year-old South Asian male, 5’8”, 254 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. His last known clothing description is unknown.

The weaker demand resulted in prices dropping for the fourth consecutive month, most notably for detached homes which ended the month with a benchmark price of $1,594,400, down 3.5 per cent from last month and by 10.2 per cent since peaking at $1,776,700 in March. Residential combined properties benchmark prices are still up year-over-year by 18.1 per cent.
