Surrey RCMP is updating the public that the 86-year-old male reported missing on July 13, 2022 has been located safe.

EARLIER STORY: 

Surrey RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a missing 86-year-old man.

Gurmit Grewal was last seen at 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 2022, in the 13200 block of 98a Ave in Surrey. Police and family are concerned for Grewal’s wellbeing as they have not been able to make contact with him.

Gurmit is described as a 86-year-old South Asian man, 5’6” tall, medium build with a long white beard. It is unknown what he was wearing however he usually wears a turban and traditional Indian clothing with a button up shirt.
