SURREY SHOOTING: One Man Killed, Another Critically Wounded; Victims Known To Police

    Homicide investigators say that one man has been killed and another was wounded in overnight shooting in Surrey. RCMP are also assisting the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) in the shooting incident that happened shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday, in the 13600-block of 114th Avenue in Surrey

     

    When Surrey RCMP responded to the call they found one dead adult male and one injured male from apparent gunshot wounds. The injured man was transported to hospital in serious condition.

     

    IHIT has been engaged and are actively investigating the incident. The victims are known to police and this is believed to be a targeted incident.

     

    Police are seeking the public’s assistance and are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or have video surveillance or dash-cam video to call the IHIT information line at 1-877-551-IHIT (4448) or email at ihitinfo@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
