Vancouver Man, 73, Dies After Collision Between His Car And A Bus

The Canadian Press, 09 Jul, 2018 11:37 AM
VANCOUVER — A 73-year-old man has died after a crash between his car and a bus in Vancouver on Saturday morning.

Police say a BC Transit bus was headed eastbound when it entered an intersection on a green light.

They say the man's car going north drove through the street and in front of the bus.

Police say the bus collided with the car, which spun out and hit an unoccupied, parked vehicle.

The driver of the car died in hospital and there were no other reported injuries.

Collision investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash.
