Vancouver Police Issue Extraordinary Public Warning About Man Who Targeted Girls And Gave Them Drugs

    VANCOUVER — The Vancouver Police Department has issued an extraordinary public warning about a high-risk sex offender living in the city.
     
    Police say 55-year-old Christopher Watts has been convicted for manslaughter, sexual touching and sexual assault.
     
    The department says Watts has exhibited a pattern of giving large quantities of drugs to young girls and having sex with them, without regard for their ability to consent.
     
    He is described as six-feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
     
    Police say he has been deemed a high risk to reoffend sexually and is bound by a long-term supervision order with numerous conditions
     
    They include not having alcohol or illegal drugs in his possession, not being alone with females under the age of 18, and not owning or possessing a computer or any device that allows him access the Internet.
