VPD Release Video Of Man Assaulting Two Women In East Vancouver

Darpan News Desk , 29 Sep, 2016 02:02 PM
Vancouver Police are releasing video of a man who assaulted two women in April.

Just after 7:00 p.m. on April 5th, two women, aged 46 and 54, were approached by a man as they left the rear of a business in East Vancouver.

Investigators have obtained video showing the man attacking the first woman, and then punching the second woman in the head as he runs away.

Both women were injured and were taken to hospital by ambulance. The video appears to show that the women may have been targeted, but the motive is not yet known.

Police are asking anyone who believes they might know the man shown in the surveillance footage to call the Vancouver Police at 604-717-9189 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
