WATCH: A woman has died of a stabbing that took place In the Newton neighborhood of Surrey involving a toddler Tuesday evening. A man has been arrested by police. All members are from the same family.
The suspect allegedly broke into two different residences on two different dates (on September 3 and then on September 16). In both cases, he allegedly threatened the homeowners.
