WATCH: The Surrey Hospital Foundation’s President and CEO Jane Adams, has been honoured as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women CEOs. The award is through KPMG in the 2020 Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.

"Thank you again to your viewers, Your community has always been extremely supportive of Surrey Hospitals Foundation. " said Jane Adams, president and CEO of the Surrey Hospitals Foundation "Part of the reason that I've been successful and the foundation is successful is because communities such as the South Asian community is so generous."

Through her leadership, the Foundation has been instrumental in helping some of B.C.’s most innovative healthcare infrastructure expansions, such as the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, raising $10 million in just 3 months and the construction of Surrey’s first pediatric ER along with many other projects. Adams joined Darpan's social media host Ish Sharma to talk all about her milestone achievement.
