Weekend armed robbery ID needed

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 30 May, 2024 02:29 PM
  • Weekend armed robbery ID needed

R-C-M-P in Surrey are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects and a vehicle allegedly involved in an armed robbery last weekend.

They say officers were called to a business near the intersection of 120 Street and 92 Avenue, where it was reported that two men came in wearing masks and carrying what appeared to be one long gun and one handgun.

Mounties say the two men spoke with an employee and stole a cell phone before leaving and fleeing in a dark grey Dodge Charger with a B-C license plate.

R-C-M-P describe the suspects as being South Asian, one standing six feet tall with a slim build and another about five-11 with a heavy build, and the Mounties are asking anyone with information to call them.
