  • Weekend shooting in the Guildford area of Surrey lands man in hospital

Surrey RCMP were on scene in the District 2 area of Guildford in Surrey for a report of shots being fired.

At approximately midnight on Sunday, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 16200 block of 80th Avenue.

A male suffering from injuries was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is still in its early stages, but initial indications are that this is a targeted/isolated incident and involves parties known to each other.
