  • Weekend shooting in the Guildford area of Surrey lands man in hospital

Surrey RCMP were on scene in the District 2 area of Guildford in Surrey for a report of shots being fired.

At approximately midnight on Sunday, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 16200 block of 80th Avenue.

A male suffering from injuries was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is still in its early stages, but initial indications are that this is a targeted/isolated incident and involves parties known to each other.

Investigators are releasing details about each of these incidents and are asking anyone with information or dashcam video to contact Surrey RCMP.
