Winnipeg Police Call For Help In Case Of Woman Who Disappeared A Year Ago

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 11 Jul, 2016 11:55 AM
Winnipeg police are appealing to the public for help to find a woman who disappeared a year ago.

The homicide unit is still investigating the case of Thelma Krull, who was 57 when she was last seen going for a walk in her neighbourhood last July 11.

Officers say they believe Krull walked to a nearby park where she "experienced some type of distress."

They say she either had a medical emergency or was abducted by a stranger.

Police say they have done an extensive search of the area but have only recovered Krull's glasses and cellphone.

They say someone out there has a critical piece of the puzzle and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
