Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for Yukon's South Klondike Highway from Carcross to White Pass.

The weather office says the area will see heavy snow with accumulation between 20 and 30 centimetres before conditions are expected to ease tomorrow morning.

It says the forecast includes gusty southwesterly winds and blowing snow.

The bulletin says drivers should be prepared for hazardous travel conditions, including reduced visibility.
