The inaugural edition of the Canada Super 60 tournament is all set to bowl off on October 8, 2025, at the iconic BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, marking a new era for fast-paced cricket in North America.

The curtain-raiser will see Brampton Blitz lock horns with the Toronto Sixers in what promises to be a thrilling start to the competition.

A New Chapter for Canadian Cricket

Sanctioned by Cricket Canada, the Canada Super 60 introduces a 60-ball (T10) format to the country’s cricketing calendar. The tournament will feature six men’s teams — Brampton Blitz, Mississauga Masters, Montreal Royal Tigers, Toronto Sixers, Vancouver Kings, and Whiterock Warriors — along with two women’s sides, Vancouver Thunderbirds and Toronto Sixers.

A total of 19 matches, including the Final, will be played between October 8–13, with the Semi-Finals and Final taking place on the closing day.

Star-Studded Line-Up

The competition has attracted global cricketing superstars such as Quinton de Kock, Sikandar Raza, Shakib Al Hasan, Alex Hales, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Khawaja Nafay, Will Smeed, and Jason Roy. Indian stalwarts Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan, Pakistan’s Shoaib Malik, and England’s Alex Hales add further international glamour.

Canadian talents like Harsh Thaker, Yuvraj Samra, Ajayveer Hundal, Dilpreet Bajwa, Navneet Dhaliwal, Nicholas Kirton, and Kaleem Sana will also feature prominently, showcasing the strength of the domestic scene.

Each matchday will also feature live concerts, with Indian music sensations Harrdy Sandhu, Jassie Gill, Mickey Singh, and Parmish Verma performing for fans at BC Place.

The stadium, famous for hosting the 2010 Olympic ceremonies and concerts by Taylor Swift, will now transform into a cricketing hub with a drop-in hybrid wicket specially curated by Gabba Sporting Products from Australia.

Fans can catch the action live on Willow TV (Canada & U.S.) and Fancode (India), with additional broadcasts across Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa.

Tickets are priced at $41 for general admission, with free entry for kids under 15 when accompanied by an adult.

With a blend of global stars, emerging Canadian talent, and high-octane entertainment, the Canada Super 60 2025 promises to deliver six days of power-packed cricket and celebration.
