  • Superfan Nav Bhatia forced to miss first ever Toronto Raptors home game tonight

For the first time ever after 26 years The Toronto Raptors SuperFan Nav Bhatia is missing his favorite team's game. He won't be seen on the sidelines of the court cheering them on at tonight's home game.

He expressed how heartbroken he is in a Instagram post.

"This is the toughest post I have had to make. Ever. @raptors fans I have been there for you and our team since day 1.

Tonight I need you to help me. Unfortunately I am currently in isolation following attending the Giants Of Africa Gala. It was an incredible event that followed all protocols but these things can happen. I am not experiencing any symptoms. On order of Public Health every attendee has been asked to isolate. In the interest of everyone's safety I am abiding by the recommendations.

My heart is breaking right now and all 19800 of you in the arena are the only ones that can help.

I need 2 things from you. 1) cheer as loud as you can for our team!! I will be from home yelling and screaming as well!!

2) take good care of my friend Kal Penn. I want you all to show him why this is the best fanbase in the league and give him alot of love tonight.

Love you all. Superfan."
