Sachin, the driven force behind Sach in Motion, is a man with a mission fueled by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to creating positive change. His journey began three years ago when he set his sights on breaking the world record for the fastest run across Canada, scheduled for 2025. Sachin's determination to make a difference transcended personal glory; it became a catalyst for a remarkable feat of endurance and advocacy.

In a bold gesture of solidarity, Sachin embarked on the monumental challenge of running 22 marathons in 22 days. This effort wasn't merely about physical prowess, but also a symbolic stride towards raising awareness for veterans, first responders, and emergency personnel grappling with mental health issues. The significance of the number 22, chosen to represent the heartbreaking statistic of 22 veterans who tragically take their lives each day, underscored the gravity of Sachin's mission.

At the culmination of his 22-day journey, he stood before the BC Law Enforcement Memorial in Victoria. Here, amidst the solemnity of remembrance, he was met by Chief Del Manak and officers of the Victoria Police, as well as a retired serviceman whose heartfelt gratitude bore witness to the profound impact of Sachin's mission

Endurance running demands not just physical stamina, but also an indomitable spirit. For Sachin, the fuel that sustains him through grueling ultra-marathons lies in his purpose. Latti elaborates, “I maintain my focus because I have a reason to. I don't only do this to improve myself as a person both mentally and physically, but to also raise awareness and funds advocating for those who silently bear the burdens of mental health struggles.”

Central to Sachin's vision is the creation of a community, a sanctuary where individuals affected by mental health issues, including PTSD, find solace and support. Through his initiatives, such as Sach in Motion and partnership with Honour House, Sachin endeavors to foster a collective spirit of healing and resilience.

His partnership with Honour House exemplifies this commitment, channeling donations towards providing crucial support for Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and first responders. Funds contribute to maintaining homes in New Westminster and Ashcroft, providing vital spaces for healing and retreat amid the challenges of mental health recovery.

That said, Sachin's impact extends beyond the pavement; he shares his journey through podcasting and public speaking engagements, spreading a message of hope and resilience. Traveling across Canada, he shares his inspiring narrative and future aspirations with schools and organizations.

In Sachin's story, we find inspiration and a testament to the power of compassion, perseverance, and the unyielding belief in a brighter tomorrow.
