Darpan News Desk IANS, 19 Jan, 2016 01:01 PM
  • Age is no bar for Reshmi Ghosh
Actress Reshmi Ghosh, best known for her roles in shows like “Kayamath”, “Mata Ki Chowki” and “Buddha”, has taken on the role of Kaikeyi in the popular mythological show “Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman”. And her character's age is no bar for her.

“Honestly, after working for 17 years in the industry, the age of the character is no priority. In fact, I don’t even mind playing a grandmother if the role is substantial," she said.

"I don’t differentiate between the genres, I love being part of these shows as I get to mouth chaste Hindi dialogues through these heavy weight characters that I take up,” Reshmi, a former Miss India Earth, said in a statement.

“Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman”, aired on Sony Entertainment Television, depicts the story of Lord Hanuman told from the viewpoint of Lord Krishna and his wife Devi Rukmini.
