Dia remembers her ‘Kabaddi’ days

Darpan News Desk IANS, 31 Aug, 2014 07:47 AM
  • Dia remembers her ‘Kabaddi’ days
The ongoing Pro-Kabaddi, a professional kabaddi league, has made actress-producer Dia Mirza nostalgic.

“My mom would always know when I walked into the house after school that I had played #kabaddi! Mud in the hair, scraped knee a give away,” she tweeted Sunday.

The “Bobby Jasoos” producer also praised Pro-Kabaddi for making the sport popular again.

“It is awesome what @ProKabaddi has done to make this ancient Indian sport popular again. Kudos @juniorbachchan and @RonnieScrewvala #WIN,” she tweeted.

While Abhishek Bachchan owns the Jaipur Pink Panthers - the Jaipur franchise of the Pro-Kabaddi League, Ronnie Screwvala is the owner of U Mumba team.
