Darpan News Desk IANS, 16 May, 2015 01:37 PM
  • No Hindi Remake Of 'Nirbaak': Sushmita Sen
Actress Sushmita Sen, who has returned on the big screen with her first Bengali film "Nirbaak", says she does not want a Hindi remake of it.

The film has four love stories connected by one woman played by Sushmita Sen.

"I don't think "Nirbaak" can be remade in Hindi or any other language. The film's essence is pretty Bengali. Moreover, it is not even needed to be presented in any other language because the film's name is "Nirbaak" which means speechless," the actress said here Friday during the premiere of the film for her Hindi film industry friends.

"There are very few dialogues in the film. So, anybody not only from the country but from the world can understand the film," she added.

Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the film was released in Kolkata on May 1 while it released in rest of the country on Friday.
