On World Bicycle Day, Sapna Thakur peddles down memory lane

Mumbai, June 3 (IANS) Actress Sapna Thakur says cycling always takes her down the memory lane, to the time when she got her first pair of wheels. The actress opened up on the subject on Thursday, on the occasion of World Bicycle Day.
"When it comes to cycling, all I can recall are priceless memories of my childhood. I remember I was in the sixth grade when my mother gifted me my first cycle on my birthday, it was a red Hero Jet. Six friends and I would ride our cycles to school every morning. This is one of the fondest memories I have of that time," she said.
"Even after so many years, I still have the cycle at my house in Chandigarh and whenever I get a chance, I would love to go cycling around the city. I really miss those days, especially my girl gang who I was extremely close to," added Sapna, who plays Samaira in the Zee TV show "Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti".
Super singer Arijit Singh has also done a version of the somng, but it is budding Sachet's version, composed by the duo of Sachet and Parampara, that started breaking records.
Producer Bhushan Kumar, who is all set to bring the life of his late father and T-Series founder Gulshan Kumar on big screen with 'Mogul', says it is his dream project and he is in no hurry to make it.
