SRK's Special Surprise For His Fans

Darpan News Desk IANS, 26 Nov, 2016 02:08 PM
Raees team is all set to release the trailer in the coming week and has in fact come up with a unique way of reaching out to nine cities and engaging with more and more fans rather than confining to a single city.

Shah Rukh Khan and Excel entertainment have taken the initiative of launching the trailer of ‘Raees’ in a never seen before means. Raees team is all set to release the trailer in the coming week and has infact come up with a unique way of reaching out to nine cities and engaging with more and more fans rather than confining to a single city.

The trailer of ‘Raees’ will be streamed on 3,500 screens across India. SRK will be accompanied by his co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the trailer launch. The best part about this unique initiative is that Shah Rukh along with Ritesh Sidhawani and Farhan Akhtar has handpicked nine Indian cities, including Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Moga (Punjab).

While the trailer will be released in these cities, SRK will be seen interacting with the audience of those respective cities through video conferencing. The actor is very keen to reach out to as many people as possible and this approach sure seems to be an amazing way of doing the same.

This method of launching a film trailer will definitely help the team to reach out and interact with not only big cities but also to those audiences in the smaller cities. With this unique way of launching the film’s trailer, the film marks its beginning of promotional activities!

A source added, “Its a film which is different from the content that either Excel or SRK are known for. The attempt seems to take this content to a wider range of audience’, he adds.

Shah Rukh says, “We wanted to reach out and engage with a pan-India audience, rather than confining it to just a single city. We are really excited to interact with thousands of people across cities, big and small, simultaneously by having a live chat with audiences in cinemas.”

After the smashing response that the makers received for its teaser and the poster, audiences are geared up to experience the trailer this time. SRK in and as ‘Raees,’ is helmed by National award winning director Rahul Dholakia. The film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment and is slated to release on January 26, 2017.
