Why Is Ranveer 'Feeling Very Weird'

Darpan News Desk IANS, 20 Dec, 2015 02:17 PM
  • Why Is Ranveer 'Feeling Very Weird'
Actor Ranveer Singh, who sported a bearded look and ponytail to play Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao I in his latest film "Bajirao Mastani", says he is feeling weird after letting go of the look.

On Friday, he shared a video in which his “Bajirao Mastani” co-star and rumoured girlfriend Deepika Padukone was tweaking his moustache. This was before Ranveer shaved clean his upper lip.

"I'm feeling very weird... some of you have moustaches, so you can understand how strange it feels," Ranveer later told reporters about his new look.

"I took it off yesterday (Friday). It is my first appearance today (Saturday). I had kept the Bajirao look for 14 months, the choti (ponytail) has also been cut off and the moustache that I had grown for six to eight months is also off. So, it's a different feeling... I hope I get used to it," he added.

Ranveer is now geared up for "Befikre", to be directed by Aditya Chopra.

"Around February-March, 'Befikre' shooting will commence. So, hopefully my hair will grow soon and hopefully despite my big nose, they'll like my chocolate boy looks," said the actor.
