Singer Miley Cyrus says she looked "insane" when she didn't get her make-up right.
"I've done the joker, you know where you get the white powder and it looks insane. It was on the red carpet. It was getting Maxim's hottest whatever of the year and I looked insane," eonline.com quoted Cyrus as saying.
She was referring to party in May 2013 where she was crowned the hottest woman.
"I got in the car and I wasn'y paying attention. I don't know if you've ever done this, but sometimes when you do your make-up, you space out and you're like, ‘do-do-do.' And I forgot there was going to be so many cameras," she said.
