Ryan Reynolds scared daughter with 'Deadpool' makeup

Darpan News Desk IANS, 07 Feb, 2016 01:49 PM
Actor Ryan Reynolds admits the scar makeup he had to wear for his role in “Deadpool” didn't go down too well with his 13-month-old daughter James.

The 39-year-old, who has 13-month-old James with his wife Blake Lively, says the “Gossip Girl” actress was "blown away" by the costume he wore for the superhero film but the scar makeup didn't go down too well with his little girl.

"(Blake) was blown away by how much the suit was such a faithful adaption from comic book to screen ... probably the most faithful adaptation that's ever been done,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted him as saying.

"And my daughter would cry when she saw me in the scar makeup. It was hard. She would hear my voice, but she'd see this guy that looks like a fried testicle. That's tough for a kid,” he added.
