Actress Sofia Vergara and her beau Joe Manganiello are said to be engaged.
According to sources, the stars got engaged on Christmas Day while vacationing in Hawaii, reports people.com.
Representatives for Vergara and Manganiello have not yet commented, but a source said that the 38-year-old actor planned to propose during the trip and was "very nervous" about popping the question as "he wasn't 100 percent sure she would say yes".
But Dec 25, almost six months after they started dating, Vergara was photographed relaxing by the pool wearing a gorgeous diamond ring.
Vergara, 42, posted a message on photo-sharing site Instagram Sunday to celebrate Manganiello turning 38 during their getaway.
"Happy happy bday to my love and best friend," she captioned a cozy photo of the couple, "to the one that makes me laugh like crazy! have a wonderful year babe!!!"
This will be the first marriage for Manganiello and second for Vergara, who has a 22-year-old son Manolo.
