'No Pills Or Counselling Did What Sadhguru Has Done For Me. Thank You Sadhguru'

Darpan News Desk, 14 Aug, 2017 02:46 PM
This is our third installment in the collection of Inner Engineering stories coming from previous attendees, where they talk about the program, its benefits and share personal stories of transformation.

In September 2017, Isha Foundation, a non-profit spiritual organization founded by Sadhguru, is hosting Inner Engineering Total in Vancouver. The program designed by Sadhguru is vouched by individuals all over the globe for its many benefits including inner wellbeing and personal growth, thus making it highly relevant in today’s stressfully fast-paced settings.

The following story comes from Lizbeth, who was initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya by Sadhguru during his visit to Vancouver this May.

Hello, my name is Lizbeth and I had suffered from anxiety and depression for almost 10 years. I had been in medication and counseling.

I learned about Sadhguru from a co-worker and Isha's volunteer, Geetha, some months ago. I started following Sadhguru's videos on YouTube and I have been practicing Isha Kriya for around 2 months as well. I also took Inner Engineering on May 27 and 28 in Vancouver.

After knowing Sadhguru, my life has changed for good.

I open my eyes everyday and I am happy to breath, I check my children and my husband are doing fine every morning, and I am grateful.

I don't yell at my kids anymore and I am able to respond in the best way possible while dealing with different situations on a daily basis. I also have a better relationship with my husband.

Now I feel so happy and so grateful to be alive. I am so blessed to have Sadhguru in my life. I am so happy I found him! No pills or counselling did what Sadhguru has done for me. Thank you Sadhguru."

Inner Engineering Total is taking place in Vancouver from September 7-10. To learn more and book your ticket, click here.

Part 1 and Part 2 of the series are also available.
