  • Purchase Jeans Day Buttons In Support of BC Children's Hospital Foundation
Jeans Day, a fundraiser for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation (BCCHF) taking place on Thursday, May 4, 2017, is reminding individuals, families, and corporations, across BC and the Yukon to purchase their Jeans Day buttons and lapel pins, and start preparing their head-to-toe denim attire or Canadian Tuxedo to wear on May 4.
 
Jeans Day buttons can be purchased for $5, and lapel pins for $20 at an official retailer: Save-On-Foods, Overwaitea Foods, PriceSmart Foods, Urban Fare, Bulkley Valley Wholesale, London Drugs, Thrifty Foods, IGA, and Country Grocer on Vancouver Island. Virtual Jeans Day buttons can also be purchase online at jeansday.ca.
 
Jeans Day participants who take a photo of themselves in their denim outfits and share it on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with the tag @bcchf and #JeanUp will be entered into a draw to win $500 worth of jeans courtesy of Jeans Day denim partner Mavi Jeans. The winner will be drawn randomly after May 4. 
 
The annual public Jeans Day BBQ, hosted by Truffles Fine Foods will be held on May 4 at the Vancouver Art Gallery on Robson Street in Vancouver from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. For details on this event at bcchf.ca.
