    Othello Tunnels, Fraser Valley

Looking for a slice of history? Check out the Othello tunnels, located east of Hope, BC, and just a two-hour drive from Vancouver. An old series of train tunnels and bridges made by the Canadian Pacific Railway in the 1900s, these magnificent tunnels are a great feat of engineering and well worth a visit! If you’re looking for an educational day out, check out the Britannia Mine Museum which is located just 45 minutes from Vancouver, just off the Sea-to-Sky Highway.
