The Darpan Cruiser was spotted around town for Canada Day festivities that took place in Cloverdale and White Rock. The celebrations featured music, games, dance, and food and great entertainment.
It was a hot sunny day and people packed the Bill Reid Amphitheatre in Cloverdale.

Keen to avoid losing another summer of holiday revenue to the coronavirus pandemic, the European Union, some Asian governments and the airline industry are scrambling to develop so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports to help kickstart international travel.
British visitors will be admitted on nonessential travel from May 17. British travelers will need to show on arrival a negative PCR test for COVID-19 taken in the previous 72 hours.
The measures are designed to make summer travel easier, particularly for families when parents are vaccinated and children aren’t.
For now, the park is allowing only in-state visitors and operating at limited capacity.

The rules announced Friday coincide with baseball’s opening day. The San Diego Padres, Los Angeles Angels and Oakland Athletics all have home games scheduled for April 1.
