Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister and Tourism Minister Diya Kumari announced in the Assembly on Tuesday that the state government will soon launch a mobile app to provide essential services for tourists. This app will offer information about nearby police stations, hospitals, tourist attractions, transportation options, and other necessary details.
In a reprieve to industrialists, the Punjab Cabinet on Monday gave nod to introduce a one-time settlement (OTS) scheme to resolve more than four decades old pending cases to provide long-awaited relief to them. A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the Council of Ministers held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann here.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, on Monday, expressed anguish over encroachment of land located on the six proposed economic corridors in the state. She also directed the departmental secretaries concerned to ensure that bureaucratic red-tapism does not necessarily delay in giving clearances for new and proposed industrial units.

The Prime Minister will also address the gathering on the occasion via video conferencing which will provide a collaborative platform for government officials, industry leaders, and trade experts to deliberate on India’s industrial, trade, and energy strategies, the statement said.
The weather conditions on Monday turned cold in the entire National Capital Region (NCR) including Delhi after a drizzle in the evening. The sudden change in the weather in Delhi-NCR was caused due to continuous rain and snowfall in the hilly areas.
