Kids Play Foundation hosting first of its kind Youth Elections Forum

KidsPlay Foundation has been in the forefront of promoting success with youth in our community, which the organization believes is the key to the future.
The Foundation's mission statement is to ensure they do everything possible to keep our youth safe from a lifestyle of drugs, gangs, and crime.
The Foundation is having the first ever of its kind, a Youth Elections Forum. The Foundation is holding the Youth Elections Forum on Sunday, October 2nd at 1pm at Fleetwood Community Centre in Surrey.
This is an initiative for the youth and by the youth to better understand how they view the community and the changes they would like to bring about.
The renovated 1,226 square-foot location is David Yurman’s largest shop-in-shop and will feature the brand’s Heritage pieces, illustrating the journey of art to jewelry.
Bill McNamara, a retired firefighter, and David Proznick, a retired music teacher, will receive their awards at KPU’s annual fall convocation ceremonies Oct. 6 and 7.
