Abbotsford Man Facing Child Porn Charges

    In April 2017, Abbotsford Police Department Major Crime Detectives received information that an Internet subscriber had uploaded child sexual abuse material online.
     
     
    The investigation continued until a search warrant was executed at a residence in Abbotsford on December 6, 2017, where various computer devices and cell phones were seized.
     
    Subsequent search warrants were acquired and evidence of child exploitation material was located.
     
    On December 11, 2017, 42 year old Jeremy Allen WILLMS was arrested in relation to this investigation. He has now been charged with  Making Available Child Pornography and Possessing Child Pornography. Willms has been released from custody under the following court ordered conditions:
     
     
    No contact or communication with any young person under the age of 18.
     
    Not to attend any public park, school ground, daycare center, swimming pool,playground, skating rink, community center or recreation center where persons under the age of 18 might be present or might reasonably be expected to be present.
     
    Not to possess or use any electronic device capable of accessing the Internet. 
     
     
    Not to contact or communicate with any person known to be involved in the sexual exploitation of children or in trading or possessing child sexual exploitation materials.
     
     
    Not to access or be in possession of pornography of any kind.
