Prince George Mounties say they've made an arrest in a suspicious death of a woman found on Tuesday.
Mounties say a 22-year-old woman died during a home invasion which they believe was a targeted incident.
Police say the suspect is in custody on unrelated matters, and no charges have been laid.
The R-C-M-P say no further details are available about the circumstances of the home invasion and the investigation is ongoing.
On Monday, the province reported seven more deaths and 1,853 new cases of COVID-19 diagnosed over a three-day period from Friday to Monday. From Friday to Saturday, there were 769 cases, but the number dropped to 503 on Sunday to Monday.
