DELTA, B.C. - A person has been killed in a shooting in Delta, B.C.
A statement from Delta Police says officers responded to a call of shots fired just after 2 a.m. at a home on the northeast side of the city.
The unnamed male victim died at the scene.
Police say the deceased and the home are known to them.
They say the shooting is believed to be targeted.
This is the first time Trudeau has shared his vision for the role since Gen. Jonathan Vance announced in July he was getting ready to step down as chief of the defence staff.

The prosecution service says Myles Gray suffered injuries including a broken eye socket, a possible partially dislocated jaw and a voice box fracture during the incident on Aug. 13, 2015.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday evening and is in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
