DELTA, B.C. - A person has been killed in a shooting in Delta, B.C.
A statement from Delta Police says officers responded to a call of shots fired just after 2 a.m. at a home on the northeast side of the city.
The unnamed male victim died at the scene.
Police say the deceased and the home are known to them.
They say the shooting is believed to be targeted.
"Canada is doing the right things and the United States is wrong," Trudeau said of the decision.
The class action targets Lamarre's estate and the city of Longueuil, located on Montreal's south shore. The allegations have not been proven in court.
