Mounties in Chilliwack say a man is dead after a hit-and-run collision last week.
Chilliwack R-C-M-P says officers found an unresponsive male lying on the side of the road on January 18th after receiving a report.
Police say paramedics also attended the scene and pronounced the man dead.
Mounties say two frontline officers later located and seized the vehicle involved in the crash and the vehicle remains in police custody for further forensic analysis.
An investigation into unmarked graves and missing children by British Columbia’s Sto:lo Nation has revealed at least 158 deaths, most of them at a hospital.
