Another shooting in the Lower Mainland. This time outside the busy Willowbrook Mall in Langley. 

According to Langley RCMP, they rushed to the scene of the shooting at 3:30 p.m. Monday where they found one man suffering from gunshot wounds with serious life threatening injuries. 

The Mounties say the shooting does not appear to be random. The man has been transported to hospital. 

The area of Willowbrook Mall has been cordoned off with yellow police tape. 

A car was also on fire near a  berry farm in Aldergrove. 

The investigation is in its early stages. 

This makes it the 4th shooting in the lower mainland.

Over the weekend a BC  corrections officer was gunned down in Delta at Scottsdale Mall and a 25 year old woman was shot in Burnaby.
