The Canadian Press, 19 Apr, 2016 11:14 AM
BARRIERE, B.C. — A British Columbia family that went missing after a bike ride have been found safe.

RCMP say Angela Clarke, her two daughters and son were reported missing early Sunday morning when they didn't return home from a planned cycling trip at East Barriere Lake, northeast of Kamloops.

All four were found safe by an RCMP helicopter Monday afternoon.

No other details have been released.

Search and rescue crews spent Sunday and Monday looking for Clarke and her children: 12-year-old Nadia, 10-year-old Mckayah and nine-year-old Brodie.

Police say Clarke's husband, who is not in the province, reported the family missing.
